GROUP TRAINING CLASSES
Modifications can be made to all classes. Please make sure to inform your instructor of any and all previous or current injuries you may have so exercises can be tailored to your needs. This 45 minute class is a great way to start your day! We will get your heart pumping, muscles fired up and calories burning. This full body, mind blowing, adrenaline pumping class will leave you feeling pumped with energy to burn the entire day! Circuit is designed to hit all your muscle groups in a systematic approach! We will use all types of equipment to keep your intrigued and your body guessing. Members will use Dumbbells, TRX's, Turf and Sleds, Cable Systems, Kettle bells, and so much more!
Blast your fitness level into high gear with this class! Every class is a mix of something different, to make sure your body is always guessing and never gets into a routine. Say goodbye to your workout and weight plateaus and hello to results! This will be a full body, high intensity, aerobic and anaerobic style class with minimal rest periods. If you are ready to push yourself to the next level then this class is for you!
Is a mixture of exercises that will challenge your cardiovascular condition and strength level! This class is fast paced but doable for all ages and conditions! Movements will be in all planes of motion with quick transition exercises!
Remember those Greek Spartans, well we have a class for your you! This class will be a blended indoor/outdoor circuit training class that will hit everything from speed training, tire flips, tire drags, sledge hammers, calisthenics, and a variety of ballistic style movements. Boost your strength, power, agility, and overall fitness performance with this one of a kind class! (Moderate to Difficult)
